As a Store Manager at Monki you will have three main areas of responsibility:
Stock level, the direct and indirect customer service and the visual presentation to maximize selling.
Key areas are the recruitment, training and professional development of sales advisors and others in your staff.
In addition, you will motivate, inspire and make sure that your staff work according to Monki’s principles of great customer service, and that they follow all safety and administrative routines. It will also be your responsibility to make sure that all legal and company policies regarding employees are followed.
You will be responsible for maximizing profitability through planning, budget and follow-up on costs.
As a store manager at Monki, you will continuously work to maximize sales and achieve the company goal and budget. You will also play an important part in the daily sales work. As a person, that dual perspective motivates you, as well as the chance to interact with your staff and customers. Leading and delegating both come naturally to you, as does initiating, organizing and planning projects. You are more than able to handle a high workload. You have documented experience of working within retail and of leading a team.
An open mindset and a friendly attitude is a must!
