PAY NOW – You can pay using VISA or Mastercard in
any of our shipping locations. Payment will be taken from your bank
account as soon as your order is shipped.

DELIVERY
Standard home delivery
• Shipping cost: 20 USD.
• Free shipping for orders over
200 USD.
• Delivery time: 3-5 working days after receiving your
order confirmation (excluding customs processing times).
• Federate States of Micronesia, Northen Mariana Islands, Tuvalu,
Wallis and Futuna and certain remote places can take 5-6 days.
• Your order is shipped from Tilburg, Netherlands.
Please note: During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer. Monki is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing
your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the
delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please
note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package
according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be
returned to Monki.
Import taxes/customs dutie
Please note the prices on
monki.com does not include local sales taxes/VAT. If the value of your
order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees might be
applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. Monki does not
compensate these charges.
You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.
How to pay these fees
Once the parcel has entered the
market destination, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During
this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be
calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will
contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform
you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.
Bank fees
Please note that your bank might add
additional fees for cross border payments. Monki does not compensate
these charges.
