    Payment options
    You can choose to pay using the payment methods offered by Klarna detailed below, or, checkout with Paypal.  

    PayPal
    We will take payment from your credit debit card via your Paypal account when your order is dispatched. For further information about PayPal or to create a PayPal account please visit PayPal.com.

    Klarna
    PAY NOW – You can pay using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX card. In Germany you may also choose to shop using other direct banking options which will be available at checkout. Payment will be taken from your bank account as soon as your order is confirmed.

    PAY LATER – Customers in Germany can choose to buy now and pay later. This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched.

    SLICE IT – Customers in Germany can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option you chose. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now option. You will receive account information when your order is dispatched.

    *Please note that Monki cannot provide details of why you are not being eligible to pay using our Pay Later or Slice It options. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna customer support.

    STUDENT DISCOUNT

    If you’re a student with a valid Student Beans card, you’ll get 11% off everything in our online store in Germany, all year around. Keep a look out for other student offers and events, too!

    How to get your student discount online
    1. To get your discount online, you need to go through Student Beans. Log in to your student account at www.studentbeans.com/de
    2. Search for Monki! Or go directly to their Monki page.
    3. Get your discount code in the discount code box.
    4. Go to monki.com, find the fashion of your choice, add your items to the shopping bag and enter the promotion code in the check out. We’ll deduct your 11% discount.

    DELIVERY

    Where does Monki deliver?
    Items ordered in Germany can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Germany. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Island Helgoland and area of Busingen).

    What delivery options do I have?
    You can choose between Standard Home Delivery, Standard Pick-up Location, Express Home Delivery and Express Pick-up Location:

    Standard Home Delivery (€5/Free over €50, 2-3 working days):
    We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard Home Delivery is free for orders over €50. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

    Standard Pick-up Location (€3/Free over €50, 2-3 working days):
    We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.Standard delivery is free for orders over €50. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

    Express Home Delivery (€10, 1-2 working days):
    We also offer Express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 2:30 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). During high season and Sale, Next day delivery might be unavailable.

    Express Pick-up Location (€10, 1-2 working days):
    We also offer Express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 2:30 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). During high season and Sale, Next day delivery might be unavailable.

    What delivery locations can I choose?
    We offer you the following delivery options:

    Delivery to your home address: 
    Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

    Delivery to an alternative address: 
    Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

    Delivery to a Parcel Shop: 
    Select Standard Pick-up Location or Express Pick-up Location as delivery option in the checkout and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. Remember to bring your ID. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pick-up code as well as their own ID.

    What are the costs for delivery when shopping online?
    Standard Home Delivery: €5 and free for orders over €50.
    Standard Pick-up Location: €3 and free for orders over €50.
    Express Home Delivery: €10.
    Express Pick-up Location: €10.

    How can I track my parcel?
    As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

    You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

    Undeliverable parcels
    If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Monki.

     

    DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS – DANGEROUS GOODS  

    Although fashion is meant to be available for everyone, some of our cosmetics classified as dangerous goods can’t be delivered to all locations due to transportation restrictions. E.g. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans.

    Unfortunately, we can’t deliver any dangerous goods to the islands in Germany that don’t have a bridge connection.

    Denmark - Danish Crown (DKK), Sweden - Swedish Crown (SEK), United Kingdom - British pound (£), Norway - Norwegian Crown (NOK), Other countries - Euro (€).

    VAT is included in all our prices.
