As of 1st Jan 2021, we’re making some changes to the way you shop with us. To make the transition as smooth as possible, here is some key information. If you need any further advice, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland there will be no changes to the delivery options available. We will still offer standard and express options for you to choose from.
We will offer standard home delivery to Northern Ireland with UPS. You can read more about delivery options here.
For customers returning from England, Scotland, Wales and Republic of Ireland, there are no changes to the way you make a return to us. You can find the full instructions here.
For customers in Northern Ireland, we will start delivering with UPS from the 29th December. If your order is delivered by UPS, you can drop off at a UPS Access Point or arrange a collection. You can find full instructions here.
If your parcel was delivered with Evri, please make your return with Evri or Royal Mail. Full details can be found here.

You can view the status of your order and track it under ‘My orders’ in the ‘My Account’ section in your Monki profile.
The discount code is to be added in your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout.
Click on “Got a discount code?” located just above your order value. Then type in the code and click ”Add” to update the total amount of your order.
Remember that you can’t combine the code with other discounts.
Also, please note that the code is case sensitive.
For example, if your discount code is ”DISCOUNT”, the code will not work if you type in ”discount” instead.
Want to remove the code for some reason? Simply press “Remove”.

Besides Standard delivery, we also offer Express delivery in some of our locations (1-2 working days) for an additional cost.
During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer, so please remember to order as early as you can.

Placing an item into your shopping bag doesn't reserve the item.
In fact, the item could sell out if other customers place orders of the same product before you check out.
If this happens, we will notify you by email that we are unable to ship the item that you have ordered. And of course, you won't be charged for it.

At monki.com we keep similar stock as our stores.
If you are unable to find an item at this time, please check back soon as we continuously strive to re-stock.
Return and refunds
Yes, we offer returns!
All returns via collection point/post will incur a charge of €3, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
You will receive confirmation of your return booking within 14 days of returning it back to us. If you have not received your return confirmation from Monki within that time, please contact Monki customer services.

All refund information will come directly to you from Klarna.
Paid with 'Pay Now' –You can expect to receive a refund confirmation email from Klarna soon after your return is processed, your refund will be visible in your bank account within 14 days but is usually must faster than this.
Paid with 'Pay Later' –You will automatically receive an updated Pay Later balance from Klarna once your return is processed, this will include any instructions on how to make your payment if you have a remaining balance
Paid with 'Slice It' – You will automatically receive an updated statement balance, when your return is processed, this will include any instructions on how to make your payment if payment is due
We ask that you make sure this label is attached to the parcel when you’re returning these items. This makes sure our carrier knows they are transporting flammable substances. If you’re using your original packaging, the label is already attached. Please take extra care when packing the items, making sure the items are safe and secure.
Please remove the label if you’re not returning any flammable goods from your order.

When you see the word oversized in our text we are saying the shirt, coat, blouse or other Monki pieces are not fitted and are tailored to look slightly larger.
We love the oversized look and believe it is part of the Monki silhouette. If you are looking for the garment to hug your body a little bit more grab the size down. Want to learn more? called fake leather or fleather).
We do have a strict policy for the real leather products that you will find in our assortment, and that is to only use material that is a by-product of the meat industry.
You can always check the “Details” section of each item to see if a product is a faux leather or a real leather product.
