    Life can be messy, intense, weird & sometimes – lonely. With our long-term partner, Mental Health Europe (MHE), we’ve created two wearable statements about loneliness. Small reminders that it’s ok to not be ok.

    We’re committed to build positive awareness to end the stigma surrounding loneliness. And we know we can’t do it alone. Together with MHE, we’ve been working since 2018 to shine a light on young people’s mental health.

    Monki’s purpose is to Empower women to empower the world. As part of this, mental health is an important topic that we have addressed in several different ways during the years.
