How long have you been working at Monki?
4 years. I started working for Monki part time while I was doing my masters at the university. I enjoyed it so much and saw many great opportunities to grow within the company. So, when I graduated I joined the Monki team full time and worked my way up to visual merchandiser. And I´m now a store manager =)
What’s your favourite thing about working at Monki?
The clothes, of course! Our favourite thing to do as a team is to go through all the new arrivals and try them on– like a mini fashion show!
What’s your best advice to someone who want to apply for a position at Monki?
Previous work experience is great but your personality is the most important. Smile, be confident and friendly!
