STUDENT DISCOUNT
If you’re a Swedish student with a valid Mecenat card, you’ll get 10 % off everything in all our stores in Sweden, including our online store, all year around. Keep a look out for other student offers and events, too!
How to get your student discount online
1. To get your
discount online, you need to go through Mecenat. Log in to your
student account at www.mecenat.se.
2. Search for Monki! Or go
directly to www.mecenat.se/monki.
3. Get your discount
code in the discount code box.
4. Go to monki.com, find the
fashion of your choice, add your items to the shopping bag and enter
the promotion code in the check out. We’ll deduct your 10% discount.

Where does Monki deliver?
Items ordered in Sweden can
only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Sweden.
What delivery options do I have?
You can choose between
Standard Pick-up Location and Express Home Delivery:
Standard Pick-up Location (30 SEK/ Free over 800 SEK, 3-4 working
days):
We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working
days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is
free for orders over 800 SEK. During high season and Sale, delivery
might take a little longer.
Express Home Delivery (100 SEK, 1-2 working days):
We
also offer Express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)
for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday and before 10:30 am on
Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days
(excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). During high season and
Sale, Next day delivery might be unavailable.
What delivery locations can I choose?
We offer you the

Delivery to your home address:

Delivery as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your
home address is ticked as delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address:

Delivery to a Parcel Shop:
Select Standard Pick-up

convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone
else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and
the Pick-up code as well as their own ID.
What are the costs for delivery when shopping online?
Standard Pick-up Location: 30 SEK and free for orders over 800

Express Home Delivery: 100 SEK.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing
your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the
delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please
note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package
according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be
returned to Monki.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS – DANGEROUS GOODS
Although fashion is meant to be available for everyone, some of our cosmetics classified as dangerous goods can’t be delivered to all locations due to transportation restrictions. E.g. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans.
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver any dangerous goods to Gotland.
